We\u2019re stuck at home, and since I prefer to have an empty house for recording (oh, the irony!), you\u2019ll be spared from a video this week. As they say, the show (or snow) must go on. What I really want to do is tell you what I\u2019m working on, how it might help you, and get your feedback.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Digging into HVAC Businesses<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>My plan is to go deep into the HVAC industry with specific webinars and posts designed to help these owners:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Make more Money<\/li>\r\n<li>Work fewer Hours<\/li>\r\n<li>Sell their Business for a Higher Price<\/li>\r\n<li>Buy other HVAC Businesses<\/li>\r\n<li>Find Buyers for their HVAC Business<\/li>\r\n<li>Have more Fun<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>\u2026among other things. If this is interesting to you and your clients, great. If not, that\u2019s okay and you can opt out at any time. I\u2019m grateful you hung with me this long.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Why the HVAC Industry?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>We\u2019ll <strong>always need heating and cooling<\/strong> but\u2026<\/li>\r\n<li>New HVAC businesses may be popping up <strong>faster than demand<\/strong> so\u2026<\/li>\r\n<li>Only the <strong>strong will survive<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>I can help owners <strong>position their HVAC business<\/strong> with\u2026<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Specific tactics<\/strong> that will increase\u2026<\/li>\r\n<li>Cash flow and <strong>business value<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>There are opportunities for <strong>growth<\/strong> but\u2026<\/li>\r\n<li>Only for those who look <strong>beyond what they&#8217;re doing now<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>I\u2019ve done significant homework on the HVAC industry. Now, it\u2019s time to teach HVAC owners who are interested what I know and offer them an opportunity to be significantly better.<\/p>\r\n<p>I\u2019m still researching various webinar platforms and haven&#8217;t made a final decision.
